Pune-based developer Mr Lalitkumar Jain, who has been elected President of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations (Credai), said he would take up the issue of transparency in real estate deals. “We at Credai have decided to take on this problem head-on and ensure customer delight in our transactions. We are also keen to ensure that the customer relationship management gets a new meaning in real estate,” he said. Mr Jain said the developer community has been facing several problems relating to transparency in transactions.
