The Coimbatore District Small Industries Association - Codissia is gearing up to host Elektrotec 2011 – an industrial fair on electrical and electronics products and other energy saving equipment between September 1 and 4 at the Codissia Trade Fair grounds here.
“The main focus of this event would be on green energy products. The Tamilnadu Energy Development Agency (TEDA) is a joint promoter for the concurrent event on green energy,” Elektrotec Chairman, Mr C. Muthusami, said.
He said that participants would be showcasing the latest technology machinery and services with emphasis on innovation and product excellence.
The organisers have also planned to conduct seminars on all three days staring from September 2 on product excellence, innovation and export excellence. TEDA is proposing a day-long seminar to promote solar, biomass and wind energy, Mr Muthusami said.
