Deepak S. Parekh, Gurcharan Das and Rama Bijapurkar have been nominated to the Eminent Person Advisory Group (EPAG) of Competition Commission of India.
The CCI has re-constituted the EPAG, constituted by the Commission to get broad inputs and advice on larger issues impacting markets and competition, good international practices and improved advocacy.
The CCI can thus benefit from the advice of persons representing a wide arena from the corporate and banking sectors, academics, NGOs, regulatory authorities, the Reserve Bank of India, the CAG, and social activists.
