Realty company Ozonegroup has launched a luxury four-bedroom apartment called The Gardenia in Chennai.
The company in a release said that The Gardenia is a multi storey development that features 32 apartments of 3,640 sq. ft. area each. It is located in 4th Avenue, Anna Nagar. Each apartment comes with modern amenities like fitted furniture and a modular kitchen. Ozonegroup said that attractions include Zen-style vertical gardens, energy efficient lighting and intelligently designed water consumption systems supplemented by rainwater harvesting.
The apartment has a multi-level security system and offers recreational facilities like a club house, spa, gym, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and steam rooms. Each apartment also features centralised air conditioning. The building has been registered for green home certification.
