The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE), Hubli chapter, to identify and encourage start-ups in north Karnataka, is holding ‘TiE Enterprise Exhibit 2012'.
‘TiE Enterprise Exhibit 2012' is an initiative to promote businesses and networking amongst the business community in the region.
According to Mr V.K. Mahesh, Program Manager, TiE, “The event will provide with an opportunity to showcase various business at one place and also generate business. This will also be an excellent networking platform for different business entities to explore new opportunities.”
Last year, about 30 stalls were erected by TiE Hubli members (entrepreneurs/start ups) and innovative business modules were showcased and more than 500 people interacted at the event.
“Few major companies and individuals from Bangalore enquired about the developments and appreciated the efforts of TiE Hubli in fostering entrepreneurship in north Karnataka,” said Mr Mahesh.
“This year (2012) also we are providing a platform for TiE Hubli members and other entrepreneurs/start ups in the region to showcase 25 different business modules,” he added.
TiE Enterprise Exhibit will be held on May 26 (Saturday) between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. at Deshpande Foundation, BVB Engineering College Campus, Vidyanagar, Hubli.
