The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) in association with The Federation of Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FAPCCI) is organising a national level workshop on “BSE SME Exchange - A New Initiative for Raising Equity Capital for MSMEs” on April 14 at the Federation House.
The workshop will deal exclusively on the need for SME Exchange, regulations governing the Exchange, migration from SME platform to main board, guidelines for bringing IPOs, valuation and wealth creation and reaching out to SMEs of the country.
The objectives of the workshop is to provide a world-class platform for SMEs and investors to come together and raise the equity capital. The BSE SME Segment will be part of the BSE BOLT System, according to a press release from FAPCCI.
The workshop will be useful to entrepreneurs, merchant bankers, market makers, broker members of exchanges, investors, angel investors, VCs/ PEs, HNIs, financial institutions, Industry associations, academicians etc.
