BSE-listed Insecticides (India), an agro chemical manufacturing company, has launched Pulsor, a new generation fungicide in Maharashtra. This was made possible with the company's tie up with Japanese company Nissan Chemical Industries.
Pulsor, a systemic and curative fungicide, is effective against Sheath Blight caused by rhizoctoniasolanion on various crops including paddy. The company plans to target paddy-growing States such as Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Punjab, Chhattisgarh, Orissa and West Bengal. Mr Rajesh Aggarwal, Managing Director, said, “With launch of Pulsor and eight new products to be launched this year we will improve our kitty of brands, providing a complete basket to farmers at an affordable cost”.
