Buoyed by the success of the anti-hail system in the apple belt, the Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister, Mr Prem Kumar Dhumal, today said the State will try to install the system across the entire State.
“For the first time in Asia, we have installed an anti-hail radar, which predicts the possibility of hail, after which hail-guns destroy it in the cloud, saving people from damage caused by it. The test of the system was successful and we will be implementing it in the entire state,” Mr Dhumal told presspersons here.
About works taken up for Dalits and the poor, Mr Dhumal said his Government has ordered the construction of Dr Bhim Rao Ambedkar community buildings in every Assembly seat.
