The ‘Bioved Research Society' based at Allahabad has conferred this year's Honorary Fellowship Award to Dr T.K. Srinivasa Gopal, Director, Central Institute of Fisheries Technology, Kochi. The award was conferred in recognition of his contributions in the field of fish processing technology. The award was given away at the 13{+t}{+h} Indian Agricultural Scientists and Farmers Congress, jointly organised by CSIR, DRDO and Nabard, at Allahabad University.
