Peas prices weakened by Rs 20 a quintal in thin trade on the wholesale pulses market on Saturday on sufficient supply against lack of buying support. Other commodities traded in a tight range on alternate bouts of trading and settled around previous levels.

Traders said adequate stocks position against lack of buying support mainly led to the fall in peas prices. In the national capital, peas white and green prices traded lower by Rs 20 each to Rs 2,080-2,180 and Rs 2,230-2,430 a quintal, respectively.
