The State Trading Corporation of India Ltd has invited domestic suppliers of various fertilisers except urea for its empanelment.
A supplier with three years experience of distributing one lakh tonne of fertiliser is eligible for the empanelment, the state-run trading agency said.
Interested supplier should not be blacklisted in any of the government’s fertiliser tender process and he should also show reference of his credit worthiness for up to Rs 75 crore, it said.
The last date for submission of the expression of interest (EoI) would be March 9 and a decision would be taken on the same day, the company said on its website.
The empanelment would be for two years starting 2011-12 fiscal year. It may be extended for one more year, it said.
