Weak futures and decline in demand have dragged chana prices in the past one week by over ₹250 a quintal at the mandis in Indore. Chana (kanta) declined to ₹3,950-75 , while chana (desi) ruled at ₹3,850. Chana dal (medium) was at ₹4,950-5,050 , while chana dal (bold) ruled at ₹5,350-5,450. Dollar chana ruled at ₹5,000-5,200. In container, dollar chana (44/46 count)quoted at ₹6,050 , while dollar chana (58/60 count) ruled at ₹5,550.
