Majority of oils ruled higher amid a weaker rupee and higher imports. Besides, report of further hike in import duty on edible oils also added to the uptrend with soya refined today rising to ₹760-62 for 10 kg, while soya solvent ruled at ₹727-30.
Palm oil (Indore) was at ₹785, while cotton oil (Indore) ruled at ₹755. Groundnut oil slipped to ₹870-90 on weak demand. Mustard seeds ruled steady at ₹3,800-3,900 a quintal on subdued demand, while raida ruled at ₹3,400. Plant deliveries of mustard seeds for Jaipur line were higher at ₹3,960-65 . Our Correspondent
