Chana has been trading higher on weak availability and improved festive demand with chana (kanta) quoted at ₹4,050 a quintal, while chana (desi) ruled at ₹3,950 and chana (vishal) at ₹4,000. Chana dal (average) quoted at ₹5,000-5,100, chana (medium) at ₹5,200-5,300, while chana dal (bold) ruled at ₹5,400-5,500 a quintal. Dollar chana ruled stable at ₹5,000-5,200 on subdued demand. Container dollar chana (44/46 count) fetched ₹5,550, while dollar chana (58/60 count) quoted at ₹4,600-4,650 a quintal.
