The Chennai-based private sector dairy company Hatsun Agro Product Ltd (HAP) launched ‘Hatsun Cow Milk’ that provides farm fresh cow milk to households. The milk will be pasteurized and packed at the modern milk plants of HAP and will be certified before reaching the customers, the company said in a press release. Currently, the product is launched in Chennai, Vellore, Tiruchi, Salem and Puducherry and will be rolled out in other States as well. Priced at ₹25, Hatsun cow milk will be available in 500 ml packs.
