Spot rubber continued to rule weak on Monday. RSS 4 dropped to ₹123 (123.50) a kg, according to traders and the Rubber Board. The market managed to sustain at the prevailing levels on enquiries from the tyre sector. November futures improved to ₹123 (122.92)on the Indian Commodity Exchange (ICEX). RSS 3 (spot) slid to ₹99.09 (100.01) at Bangkok. Its November futures declined to ₹88.02 (88.62) on the Tokyo Commodity Exchange (TOCOM). Spot rubber rates (₹/kg) were: RSS-4: 123 (123.50); RSS-5: 118 (118.50); ISNR 20: 112 (112.50) and Latex (60% drc): 83.50 (83.50).
