Maharashtra’s mills sold sugar ₹20 lower on Wednesday on reports of higher cane sowing. On the previous day about 18 mills sold 20,000 bags at ₹2,920-3,000 a quintal of S-grade and ₹3,020-3,100 M-grade. Naka delivery rates for S-grade were ₹3,060–3,130 and M-grade ₹3,120-3,240.
