Over 100 organisations, including trade unions and farmer groups, plan to observe a protest day against the Narendra Modi government on May 23, in Delhi and state capitals. Jan Ekta Jan Adhikar Andolan (JEJAA), a national platform representing farmers, labour, women and youth movements, said the protest day will see launch of series of struggles that would expose the Modi Government, which is completing four years in power, and show how its policies are having a devastating impact on people, JEJAA said in a release.
