The Southern India Regional Council of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India has elected Mr B. Ravi from Chennai as the Chairman, and Mr S.S Marthi from Hyderabad as the Vice-Chairman for the year 2011. They assumed charge on January 22, 2011.
