Monday Blues? There was no time for that on this once-in-four years leap year day with the morning starting off tuning into Oscars and watching glamour oozing out of the screens. Scarcely had the applause died at Spotlight winning the best picture award then it was time for Twitterati to turn its gaze to Arun Jaitley’s big performance. From calling it “cautious populism” to “there’s money in honey”, this is how Twitterati deciphered Budget 2016.
