New funding authority and norms to finance affordable housing sector will also help the sector, as these initiatives will create many jobs in the country. Money earned by people has to come to capital market, real estate and then to gold, he said.

Initiatives like land reforms , REITS, FDI in real estate, RERA, GST, smart cities, housing for all 2022, push and incentives for affordable housing, were already announced before the budget.
