"What is there to say about this budget. It is a PPP/FDI budget. It caters more to the interests of investors and entrepreneurs rather than the common man. As far as trains are concerned, they are tilted in favour of Mangalore (Rail Minister Gowda's constituency) and Ahmedabad (PM Modi's state, Gujarat)."
