Former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has said that he is upset with the summons issued by a CBI court to him in a case related with the coal scam.
Singh, however, said legal courses are open before him.
The Congress came to the rescue of the former prime minister. Senior party leader and former minister Vayalar Ravi said if a former PM can be summoned then anything can be possible in the country.
Senior Supreme Court lawyer and MP KTS Tulsi has expressed surprise at the summons order.
