The Central Government is likely to come up with expression of interest for strategic sale in three to four out of the 16 odd companies shortlisted.
According to Neeraj Kumar Gupta, Secretary, Department of Investment & Public Asset Management, the EOIs would be out in a month or so.
"Eight EOIs are already out, more will come out in 4-6 weeks," he told newspersons on the sidelines of an interactive session organised by Merchants' Chamber of Commerce and Industry here on Saturday.
