Mr T. Muralidharan, Founder and Chairman, TMI Group has been awarded the Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2012-Small Scale.
The award given by the Hyderabad Management Association is in recognition of Mr Muralidharan’s contribution in the field of human resource and skill management.
A graduate from the IIT, Madras, and post-graduate from the IIM-Ahmedabad, he has in 20 years built TMI into a large recruiting firm.
Recently, he launched the TMI e2E Academy as a partner company of the National Skill Development Corporation to provide entry-level jobs for graduates from tier II and III cities.
In a year the academy has trained around 5,200 freshers for jobs in banking, financial services, automobile, agri inputs and other sectors.
