Flytxt, a market leader in intelligent customer engagement technology, has expanded its presence in West Asia after securing a deal with a major telecom firm.

As the system has not yet gone live, the client has requested anonymity, a spokesman said. The Flytxt solution will be seamlessly integrated into the new client’s current big data platform to engage with both pre- and post-paid customers.

NEON-dX platform

Its Artificial Intelligence-driven, proprietary NEON-dX platform helps companies better understand customers by learning their behaviour and predicting what they want in real time and responding immediately.

Through its proven pre-packaged analytical models and dashboards for driving omni-channel digital engagement, NEON-dX boosts market share by improving customer engagement.

It has been proven to consistently deliver a 2-7 per cent impact on net revenue for telecom clients, the spokesman claimed. Flytxt is one of the fastest-growing developers of software in the rapidly growing fields of Artificial Intelligence, analytics and marketing automation, with more than 100 clients in over 50 countries.

It counts many of the world’s leading telcom groups among its clients, including Vodafone, MTN, America Movil, Zain and Airtel. The business grew 75 per cent in revenues in 2016 and grew by a similar amount in 2017.

Flytxt, which is based in Netherlands, has its regional headquarters in Dubai, as West Asia is one of the company’s top markets. It also has an agreement with Kuwait-based Zain Group to deploy NEON-dX in seven markets.

“Our business is all about helping clients better engage with customers,” said Vinod Vasudevan, CEO of Flytxt. This is a vital part of successfully executing customer value management programmes and a competitive differentiator across sectors.
