The United-States-India Educational Foundation is now accepting applications for Fulbright awards for the academic year 2013-14.
The deadline for applications wil be July 16, Mr Adam J Grotsky, Executive Director, US IEF, told newspersons here on Monday.
The US IEF is also organising a three-day orientation programme for the Indian recipients of Fulbright-Nehru and other Fulbright fellowships for 2012-13 here.
About 131 partipants are being briefed on the academic, social and cultural aspects of life in the US and their roles and responsibilities as Fullbright-Nehru scholars.
"This orientation is the first step in a Fulbrighter's journey to the US," Mr Grotsky said.
