The Institution of Engineering and Technology, a professional society for engineers and technicians, has announced its partnership with the India Semiconductor Association, which represents the Indian Electronic System Design and Manufacturing industry.
Speaking at the occasion, Mr Nigel Fine, Chief Executive of the institute, said “India is a key part of our growth plans and this collaboration with ISA further strengthens our growing international network of partnerships."
Mr P.V.G Menon, President of ISA, said, “We believe this is crucial to realising our vision to make India a preferred global destination for ESDM, and to achieve the goal of building a $400 billion ESDM sector in India by 2020."
