The Indian Institute of Management - Bangalore (IIMB), in association with TENVIC, a sports consulting company, is organising a two-day sports-based executive education programme for middle and senior managers.
The programme - ‘Learnings from Sport' - will be held on March 16 and 17 at the IIM Bangalore campus as part of the IIM-B Executive Education Program. The programme will expose participants to concepts such as altruistic mentoring, performance-based leadership, managing the ups and downs of the game, cross-training and equipping with skills beyond their role, and leadership jugglery.
The learning frameworks have been co-created by the faculty from IIM Bangalore and professionals from TENVIC, according to a press statement.
