Dharwad-based Karnataka Vikas Grameena Bank (KVGB) a regional rural bank sponsored by Syndicate Bank, opened 12 village branches where the population is 2000 and more, recently under the Financial Inclusion Plan at various places in the nine districts under its jurisdiction. Since these are CBS branches, Mr K.P. Muralidharan, Chairman, has symbolically inaugurated all the 12 branches at Dharwad through video conferencing, said a bank release.
