Oman Air, the national carrier of the Sultanate of Oman, has won the ‘Best Business Class Seat' award at the recently held Paris Air Show. The awards were based on the views of nearly 20 million passengers who were surveyed by Skytrax over the last year, according to a release from the airline.
The airline's award-winning seat offers comfort within 82-inch pitch, direct aisle access for every passenger and which converts into 77.5-inch long flat bed.
A 17-inch inflight entertainment screen gives access to a large range of movies, music and games. Oman Air has recently expanded its network to include more than 40 new destinations.
In addition to offering audio and video on demand and live satellite TV onboard its A330s, the airline has pioneered inflight mobile phone and Wi-Fi connectivity, says the release.
