Southern Railway will augment Chennai-Mysore-Chennai Shatabdi Express (Train Nos 12007/12008) with five additional second class AC chair cars and one additional first class AC chair car temporarily, with effect from October 12 - 26 from both the ends.
Accordingly, the revised composition of Shatabdi Express will have total 15 coaches (instead of 10), consisting of two first class AC Chair Cars, 11 second class AC chair cars and two luggage-cum-brake with generator cars.
