The implementation of official language is very encouraging at South Western Railway (SWR), although it comes under ‘C' region and that too in the southern States, the efforts made by us in this regard and the progress achieved are encouraging, said Mr Kuldeep Chaturvedi, General Manager, South Western Railway.
Speaking at the 29th Meeting of Zonal Railway Official Language Implementation Committee (ZOLIC) held at Hubli, Mr Chaturvedi said the SWR has achieved the target of Hindi noting, Hindi correspondence, Hindi training, Hindi Key Board Training and had fixed an annual programme for the year 2010-11.
On this occasion a Quarterly Hindi Magazine held “Abhivyakti” was released.
