IBS Software Services, leading providers of new-generation IT solutions to the global travel, transportation and logistics industry, has announced the appointment of Mr Rajiv Shah as its Chief Executive Officer.
He will take responsibility for the operation of IBS' business worldwide and report to the Executive Chairman, Mr V.K. Mathews. Prior to his appointment, Mr Shah was with Wipro Technologies based out of Boston, and heading its Securities and Capital Market business as Chief Executive and later its Healthcare and Services business unit worldwide reporting to Wipro's Chie Executive Officer.

Mr V.K. Mathews said that Mr Shah's global experience in managing large multi-national businesses should help IBS achieve predictable business performance and sustain profitable growth.
