A revived Malaysia Airlines is to be launched by July 2015 and the new company is expected to turn a profit by the end of 2017, the state sovereign fund Khazanah Nasional Berhad says.
The delisting of Malaysia Airlines from the stock market will be completed by the end of the year, allowing for the transition into a new company, Khazanah says.
