Southern Railway will operate the following special trains to clear the extra rush of passengers during the Ramzan, Vinayaka Chathurthi and Onam festival seasons.
A press release by the Palakkad division of Southern Railway said here on Thursday that train No. 06304 Nagercoil–Mangalore special will leave Nagercoil at 4.50 p.m. on August 29 and arrive at Mangalore Junction at 10.30 a.m. on August 30. Train No. 06303 Mangalore Junction – Nagercoil special will leave Mangalore Junction at 1.35 p.m. on August 30, and arrive in Nagercoil at 4.45 a.m. on August 31.
The release said that train No. 06067 Chennai Central – Mangalore Central special will leave Chennai Central at 8.45 p.m. on September 7 and arrive at Mangalore Central at 1 p.m. on September 8. The train No. 06068 Mangalore Central – Chennai Central special will leave Mangalore at 8.30 p.m. on September 8 and arrive at Chennai at 12.25 p.m. on September 9.
