Mumbai-based Aqua Logistics has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it would acquire Bangalore-based Nikkos Logistics Private Ltd.
In an announcement to the BSE, the company said that the decision was taken at its board meeting held on April 21.
Aqua Logistics is a logistics solutions provider and international freight forwarder with branches across the country.
The company announced that it will acquire up to 70 per cent stake in Nikkos Logistics over a period of time.
Nikkos Logistics is a logistics services provider, both human and cargo, and supply chain management service provider.
