Mr Arvind Kumar Vohra has taken over as Member (Staff), Railway Board. Prior to this, he was serving as General Manager, East Coast Railway (ECoR), according to a release issued by the ECoR.
He, however, will continue to look after the ECoR as an additional charge till a new General Manager is appointed.
An officer of the 1973 batch of the Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE), Mr Vohra joined the Indian Railways in 1974, the release adds.
Kul Bhushan is new Electrical member: Mr Kul Bhushan has taken over as new Member Electrical, Railway Board and ex-officio Secretary to Government of India.
Prior to this, he was the General Manager, Central Railway, Mumbai, with additional charge of Western Railway.
He will continue to hold the post of GM, Central Railway, in addition to his present post until further orders, said an official release.
