Air India reintroduced its Mangalore-Kuwait flight, which was withdrawn in February, on Monday. The MLA of Mangalore (South) JR Lobo, who boarded the inaugural flight that took off from Mangalore International Airport at 7.30 am, thanked Air India and the Union Civil Aviation Ministry for resuming the service. The Air India Express flight will operate between Mangalore and Kuwait on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The flight will depart from Mangalore at 7.30 am, and return from Kuwait at 7.25 pm. It will fly to Kuwait via Bahrain and in the return direction, it will fly directly from Kuwait to Mangalore.
