TMC MP Dola Sen delays flight over seating arrangement

In yet another incident of alleged misbehaviour by a Member of Parliament, Dola Sen, a TMC MP delayed the Delhi-Kolkata flight.

The MP was travelling with aged mother and had paid extra to Air India to book the front row seat. Once on board, the MP is alleged to have screamed and shouted at not being allowed to sit near the emergency exit. The booking was made on MakeMyTrip. The booking did not mention that the passenger was travelling with a wheel chair and could not be given emergency seat.

The incident is said to have delayed the flight by close to 40 minutes.
