Prime Minister Narendra Modi to inaugurate the three-day ASEAN Chambers of Commerce and Industry Business Meet in Bengaluru on February 25.

As a run-up to the event, the host Federation of Karnataka Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FKCCI) announced its partnership with the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce, Karnataka Chapter to facilitate the exchange of information and collaborate for organizing the ASEAN Chambers of Commerce & Industry Business Meet.

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed to facilitate international synergies between India, ASEAN, ASEAN Plus and Special Invitee countries.

The three-day conference is being organised by FKCCI in collaboration with the state government.

“I want to thank the Indo American Chamber of Commerce, Karnataka Chapter for their help in putting this trade mission together. This initiative will open up new avenues to promote the industries and trade between our countries, resulting in mutually beneficial association for both nations,” said Sudhakar Shetty, President, FKCCI.

The visit to New Delhi included a briefing with Syed Mohid Altaf, Special Representative of Karnataka Government to Delhi where they discussed about the developments of ASEAN Chambers of Commerce and Industry Business Meet.

The International Business Meet will bring together the Chambers of Commerce, exporters and importers of ASEAN, ASEAN Plus countries along with some special invitee countries, high-profile conference delegates from India & overseas, and many more to trade, business and investments for mutual benefit of both the host country as well as the participating countries.
