A Division Bench of the Calcutta High Court, on Thursday, granted bail to Mr S.K. Todi, one of the directors of AMRI Hospitals Ltd.
The Division Bench of Mr Justice A.K. Roy and Mr Justice A.K. Ray granted the bail.
Mr Todi was arrested in December last year following a fire at the hospital’s Dhakuria unit where over 90 people (mainly patients) were killed.
With the release of Mr Todi, 12 of the 13 people (directors and employees) arrested so far have been granted bail.
