The Maharashtra Government on Thursday announced a hike in milk prices from February 16. Cow milk under the State-run Aarey brand will become costlier by Rs 2 a litre and buffalo milk by Rs 2.50 a litre.
The hike was approved by the State Cabinet on Wednesday, the Animal Husbandry Minister, Mr Madhukar Chavan, said.
