The New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) has decided to move on to a new e-procurement platform from this month, which is expected to help in bringing more transparency and efficiency in the tendering process.
The new system has been made effective from June 1, and all vendors have been asked to register with it.
The e-procurement system made by National Informatics Centre (NIC) will be implemented for all tenders of above Rs 2 lakh for goods, works and service in NDMC, officials said.
