Mr Kapil Sibal, the Union Minister for Science and Technology and Information Technology and Communications, today refused to talk about the 2G scam.

He started the press conference with a rider, saying that there was no scope for any query on 2G. He asked the journalists to stick to GIS or human resources.

Mr Sibal, who was asked to take over the additional responsibility of IT and Communications Ministry after Mr A. Raja's resignation, made a controversial statement early this month, saying that Comptroller and Auditor General's method was erroneous.
