The BJP should ask its Chief Ministers to resign on why they executed lease of coal blocks, the Union Minister Kapil Sibal said on the coalgate scam.
The lease of coal is executed by the State Governments and not the Centre, Sibal said, putting the onus on the States in the Coalgate row.
