Punjab to computerise land records

Punjab's Revenue and Rehabilitation Minister, Mr Bikram Singh Majithia, on Monday said all land records in the State would be computerised within the next six months.

Mr Majithia said here that the Government had initiated the mega task of computerising all land records in its previous term, and 147 of total 160 ‘Fard (Revenue) Kendras' have become fully operational with the rest 13 to be operational by September this year.
