The Janata Party President, Mr Subramanian Swamy, on Friday pledged his support to social activist, Mr Anna Hazare, who is on an indefinite fast for a more comprehensive Lok Pal Bill to effectively fight corruption.
“I welcome the demand of Hazare for a Lokpal Bill. Ms Kiran Bedi (Former IPS officer) has even invited me to join the civil society group. I am busy with electioneering in Tamil Nadu. I will extend my active support to Hazare after (April 13 assembly) polls,” he told reporters here.
