The Supreme Court on Friday issued a notice to the CBI on the bail application of the three executives of Reliance Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group accused in the 2G spectrum case.
The apex court asked the CBI to file its reply within two weeks on the bail plea of Mr Gautam Doshi, Group MD, Reliance ADAG; Mr Hari Nair, Senior Vice-President, Reliance ADAG and Mr Surendra Pipara, Senior Vice-President, R-ADAG.
The three have appealed against the order of the Delhi High Court, which rejected their bail plea citing the ‘gravity of the offence'. They have been lodged in Tihar jail since April 20.
