Workforce assessment services company AssessPeople today launched two online solutions, one each for corporates and job seekers to help them analyse their performance and find ways to improve it.
Named Quick Survey, the online solution for corporates would help companies realise their strengths and weaknesses and get a feedback of their employees, the Chief Executive Officer of AssessPeople Mr R Kannan told reporters here after launching the new solutions.
“One of the major challenges to corporates in the competitive market these days is attrition rate. They spend a lot on recruitment and training, they want to arrest the attrition,” he added.
Once a company plugs-in the solution, it can get a daily analysis on its functioning on a tablet or mobile and the solution would be customised for company, he said.
The Chennai-headquartered company also launched CareerSmart, an online solution for job seekers.
Costing Rs 1,000 per individual, the solution provides a complete analysis of the job seeker in aspects like his language, computational and other skills.
“It would majorly help engineering and management graduates who have invested a lot in their education and want to get placed as soon as possible. They are analysed by our experienced HR professionals,” Mr Satish Salivati, Head - Service Delivery, AssessPeople said.
